This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience. the room was spacious, clean, and had exclusive amenities like the private facilities. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing break from the busy amusement park. the restaurant served a delicious variety of options, including special diet menus to cater to dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue encountered during the stay was the limited time for breakfast, which was only 45 minutes. the friendly staff made sure to provide a prompt service during the allocated time.

As young families, we loved the excellent facilities for wheelchair-users, including priority entrance and the option for an MPV instead of a bus. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for, even checking on us daily after an accident with a bus. The bathrooms without tubs were a great feature.

The stay at Disney Explorers Lodge was amazing. We were impressed by the warm pool, perfect for our little one even at 9pm. The staff was incredibly helpful and even replaced my son's lost jacket zipper. The sea view was breathtaking and the whole experience was delightful. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. a fantastic stay.

The frequent shuttle bus to the park made our visit hassle-free. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and even got to take pictures with Disney characters. I highly recommend this hotel for families with young children.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the nearby theme park. We could easily walk to the park in 15-20 minutes or take the convenient shuttle if we didn't feel like walking. The two restaurants we tried had a good variety of food options and the service was friendly and efficient. We also loved the comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms in the hotel. it was a pleasant stay.

There was no play room for children and the swimming pool was small and not as attractive as other hotels nearby.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient for visiting the Theme Park. You can easily pop back to your room to drop off shopping bags or take a quick break from the excitement. Plus, there are shops inside the Disneyland park itself, so you won't have to venture far to buy any souvenirs or necessities that you may need. the hotel offers a range of fantastic facilities such as a pool, garden with balance bikes and badminton, and even the chance to meet Mickey!

One downside is that everything you want to do often requires standing in line, whether it's for the restaurants or pool access.

We especially appreciated the restaurant's accommodations for our halal diet, with clear menu options, timely preparation, and the choice of plastic or regular utensils. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, making our family feel at ease during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and engaging staff contributed to an overall pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel offered a wonderful Christmas experience with festive decorations and activities for the whole family to enjoy. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. the spacious room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great night's rest. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast buffet, which not only included a wide variety of tasty dishes but also the opportunity to take pictures with beloved characters. the hotel had a fantastic swimming pool that was perfect for relaxation and fun.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice outside view. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located near the theme park, just a short shuttle ride away. We also enjoyed the decent breakfast quality and the option to visit other nearby Disneyland hotels.

We were disappointed that there was no buffet breakfast available and that kids had to pay extra for breakfast. the limited one-hour session for the pool was also quite inconvenient, and it was difficult to get additional time as standby.

We had a fantastic stay at Disney Explorers Lodge! Our room was incredibly quiet and spacious, allowing us to sleep peacefully and comfortably. The shower was excellent, and we even got upgraded to a seaview room for my birthday. The breakfast was of excellent quality, and the hotel's location alongside the sea provided a lovely setting for a stroll. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was impeccably clean. Highly recommended for families, especially with the convenient shuttle bus service to Disneyland.
